of Sale & Use
Services Immiquébec is committed to providing quality support services to help newcomers settle in Quebec. This sales policy and the General Conditions of Sale & Use describe the service offers, payment terms and cancellation conditions, as well as the rights and responsibilities of each customer when using these services.
The Site “www.immiquebec.ca” (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is the electronic commerce site of Services Immiquébec, accessible via the internet network, open to any user of this network. It is published by Services Immiquébec, a company whose NEQ number is 22 800 705 19, governed by its founder Aurélie Massard.
The Site allows users to purchase the Services offered (hereinafter “Services”) offered by Services Immiquébec.
Use of the Site is governed by these General Conditions of Sale and Use (the “CGVU”) which constitute a contract between you and Services Immiquébec. These conditions may be modified unilaterally at any time by Services Immiquébec. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these conditions. If you do not want to be bound by these terms, you may not use this website.
Article 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.1- Acceptance of the sales policy and the General Conditions of Sale and Use By accessing our site and using our services, you agree to comply with this sales policy and these General Conditions of Sale and Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services. These General Terms and Conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the company Immiquébec, and on the other hand, any natural or legal person purchasing services such as a one-off meeting or a package (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User”). Consequently, any purchase of a service implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
The Services offered by Services Immiquébec are provided at the rates in effect on the Site - “Prices and Reservations” section or by what has been communicated by email or telephone by info@immiquebec.ca / +1438.390.9409.
1.2 - Intellectual property All content on our site, including texts, images and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights. You are not authorized to reproduce, distribute or modify this content without our prior written permission.
Article 2 – SERVICES OFFERED

The Easy Departure Program for my new life in Quebec: A 6-month support package including regular personalized advice and support sessions, designed to meet the specific needs of a settling-in process.

One-off meetings: These one-off meetings last 1h30 and are adapted to the client's needs and questions. They can be reserved à la carte and are billed individually.

Collective and cultural networking activities: aimed at the needs of newcomers, these activities are offered from time to time, depending on the needs of clients.
These socio-administrative advice and assistance services are offered face-to-face in Montreal (Qc) and remotely by telephone or videoconference.
Article 3 - CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF REGISTRATION FOR SERVICES
The Customer expressly and irrevocably acknowledges and accepts the following:

The Customer must contact the Immiquébec website (link to Contact Form) so that a quote and a service contract can then be sent.

The Customer must reserve his service on the site by paying for the service.
These documents will be sent within 3 days by email. Once the quote and the service contract have been validated and signed by the service provider and the client, payment can be made by the client.
Article 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 – Prices

The Easy Start Program for my new life in Quebec: 6-month package: $800
-
One-off meetings: $100 / 1h30 meeting.

Collective meetings: $20 / 2.5 hour meeting.
Prices are in $CAD and include applicable taxes. Imquébec reserves the right to unilaterally modify the prices of the Services at any time.
4.2 – Payment terms

Payments for the 6-month package and individual one-off meetings must be made in full before services begin.

Payments for group meetings can be settled at the end of each session.

We accept credit card payments on the site. Once the transaction is validated, the customer will receive a confirmation email which can serve as an invoice.

Unless otherwise indicated in the service contract and or quote, payments by Interac transfer or bank transfer (for businesses, schools, etc.) are also accepted. These payments must be made upon receipt of the invoice.
Article 5 – CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 – Cancellation of a reservation
If you need to cancel any of our services, please notify us at least 2 days before the appointment, to obtain a full refund. Cancellations made after this deadline will not entitle you to any refund.
Meetings can be canceled up to two days before the start date. Beyond the two-day period, the service will still be billed to the Customer: the course credit will be deducted from their card and cannot give rise to a refund. Likewise, if you are late for a meeting, the course credit will be deducted from your card and will not give rise to a refund.
5.2 – Cancellation of Immiquébec Services due to force majeure
Services Immiquébec is released from its contractual obligations in the event of the occurrence of an event of force majeure, or any fact attributable to a third party, or any other circumstance having an external cause and/or independent of the personal act of Immiquébec, preventing it directly or indirectly to normally perform its contractual obligations. Cases of force majeure will include, in particular, in addition to cases recognized by case law, any natural disaster, any act of war, breach of public order, epidemic, fire, flood and other disaster, any governmental act, any strike under any circumstances. form whatsoever and any internet or network malfunction. In the event that a case of force majeure prevents, delays or affects the performance of an obligation, any delay or failure to perform its obligations cannot give rise to damages. Imquébec cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for technical problems limiting access to services for the customer.
Article 6 – RESPONSIBILITY
The role of Services Immiquébec is to support you and provide you with the tools necessary to successfully settle in Quebec. We are committed to providing quality services. However, we cannot guarantee specific results.
Article 7 - MODIFICATION OF THE SALES POLICY
Services Immiquébec reserves the right to modify this sales policy at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our site. We encourage you to regularly consult this page to stay informed. Likewise, Services Immiquébec reserves the right to modify or adapt its General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order.
